I liked the historic-style building, cheap and silent room. The bathroom was big, included hairdryers, a shower cap, and bath sheets. The hotel had a very central setting in the center of Kraków...

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, situated perfectly between Old Town and Kazimierz. As foreign tourists, we appreciated being within easy reach of both historic districts. The staff were kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's unique and romantic ambiance, reminiscent of a fin-de-siecle Jewish salon, added a special touch to our experience. The elegant breakfast room, with its comfortable sofas and beautiful tile murals, made mornings a delight. The collection of original paintings displayed throughout the hotel was impressive, almost like visiting a gallery. we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax before exploring Krakow.
We felt privileged during our stay at this hotel, as there was nothing to complain about.

I liked everything about the hotel -- the room, the location, the breakfast. I've stayed in many hotels but this is one of my favorites.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the common spaces, which mixed both old and modern styles.
This hotel was very uncomfortable. We stayed twice. The first time, the room we were given had a wall hanging right next to the bed. My spouse and I both were allergic to it. We had hoped the place had air conditioning, but it did not. We hoped that the window would be sufficient to cool off the room, but it was not. We both had a poor night's sleep due to heat and allergies. The second time was also during a very warm day. We checked in with the rest of the group. I asked if there was a room with air conditioning available, but the two rooms were in use. I asked if there was a room with a fan available, but was told I would not want to stay up there. We were given a room with two single beds -- the thought of sleeping dorm style with my spouse in the incredible heat was depressing. We decided to check ourselves out of the hotel (paying for the night) and check ourselves into the less convenient Best Western a few kilometers away. It was a much better use of our money, even though we had to pay for a hotel room twice.

It had excellent location with access to a fortified hilltop castle nearby. This hotel was in a shopping area next to the main square as well as the conference center.
